Redolent Wine - est. 2015

The idea of a wine being distinctive to a specific time and place has always inspired us, and Redolent Wine is about exploring this idea. For us, the most compelling wines reveal the environment in which the grapes were grown and can be distinguished as being from a certain location and time. We aspire to produce these types of wines. Wines redolent of place and time.

Our wines are influenced by the wines we like to drink: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley and Burgundy, Nebbiolo from Piemonte, Alto-Piemonte and Valtellina, and delicious Rosé from anywhere. The broader world of wine also motivates us, as we always admire something singular. In this spirit of searching for new flavors, we produce our co-fermented Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir, Brother From Another Mother, and our Sangiovese and Syrah blend, Sister From Another Mister.
